Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after your purchase is made. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. Once your order is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

We offer various shipping options to suit your needs, including Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) and Express Shipping (2–3 business days) for domestic orders. International shipping is also available, with delivery times typically ranging from 7–14 business days depending on your location.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. We’re proud to offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $100.

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control—such as weather, customs, or postal service issues.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Black Raven Studios. If for any reason you’re not, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Note: Sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. You’ll receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to send the item back. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

For exchanges, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the item you want. If the item was damaged or defective, contact us with a photo and your order number, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
